How do i get the tire feathering issue fixed?

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Damian600: Good luck getting your seat fixed. My dealer said it was "normal wear and tear." He wouldn't let me see the actual TSB, but thank you to whomever just posted it here. I printed it off and plan to take it in to the dealer and try again. I started seeing wear at about 8,000 miles. That's NOT normal. And regardless, it's under warranty. If something's wrong, they should fix it. It's ridiculous what some dealers do to get out of fixing something.

Sorry that I forgot to include the actual TSB #, since the link I gave doesn't show it.
It is TSB #03063. Tell your dealer that, and they SHOULD help you!

Gang,
I'm not defending the inferior materials or Nissan. I'm just trying to tell you how to make it last. If you look at the 240SX you'll see the same problem. The Bolster is great at keeping us in place when going around corners, but not worth a damm when getting in and out. Say what you may, but that's the problem. We don't slide into these cars. We slide DOWN and into them since they sit so low and we do it right across that bolster.
