i bought 3 Ipods as gifts as going overseas. The saleperson screwed up my charge (but I was still charged) Then Crutchfieild sold off my order & backordred me till Sept.....Geeze i'm going overseas next week...Any way I was told "Yeah it was our fault but tough! what do you expect us to get them from thin air*&%" Really POOR Fukuk yu customer people

Hmm....Ive ordered a couple stereos from them and had great service. Arrived a couple of days after order and never screwed it up. Had to call when I was installing my kenwood in the Z cause there was a wire that I needed assistance on and they got me going :-)

You paid way too much from Cruthfield....better go to a NY, NJ, Ca mail order and save up to 40%..and keep in mind if it is a hot seller they may sell yours out from under you!
