A&Q about 350Z

Hiya all,
Well one of our local Northern Cali guys Big-Al from Audiomobile in Oakland,CA has constructed a sweet @$$ headlight housing. I had heard that he was working on something secret, and man I must say this housing is awesome!Q45 upgrade So big props to Big-Al, when are you going to make me a similar set.
Until then I will have to drool over yours.. Ok I'll shut up here are the pictures.. (Thanks to Joe K SpeedyZX for taking the pictures!)

Yes, Q45 headlights are nice. The real question though is why are the lights dimmed so much? Secondly, why do they have such a strong blue hue to them? They don't look as blue on other Q45s. Does the owner of that car have a website or email address?

looks like its made from led's which I don't think can provide enough light for driving with.

yeah i've never seen body mods that improve upon the Z's styling. but i saw a pic of a z with tinted headlights and that's the only mod i've ever seen that i like. i kinda wish nissan had a fog lights option stock, i think the right ones could look cool.

I agree with most of the previous posters. Looks like a Gattling gun. Not digging the "Eddie Bauer." But I do like the unique look that sets it apart from other 350's. I think that's important in a car's personality, if you will.

m12316 - just wanted to say i agree 100% with what you posted above.
most of the body mods try to make the car look too much like some other car. it's the Z's styling that drew me in.
tinted headlights would be a nice option, as would factory fogs somehow worked into the front end "vista" that wouldn't look like an add-on.

The Infiniti Q45 headlights are the strongest headlights in the world to come on a stock car.

When I've gotten sufficiently pissed off at the stone chips in my front fascia, I'm going to take it off, and modify the nose with circular cat-eye (HID if available) fog lamps mounted in recesses I'll fabricate into the bare area of the fascia below the headlights on either side of the front mouth. I think that would look best. Who has taken off the nose - can you tell me if there is about 3" of space that can be created behind the nose at those points to allow this mod? TIA
