A&Q about 350Z
Q:
The rear tires on my car are shot after 9400 miles, totally at the limits.
I know what you are thinking- no, I have not spent my time doing burnouts.
Nissan set the specs on my rear alignment to extreme positions in an attempt at getting my car to cease its drift to the right @ 2000 miles. On the work order and my receipt they put "will not wear rear tires." Obviously this was not the case.
I am calling customer service tomorrow. But i want to know what kind of mileage you guys are getting from your rear tires.
Any replies will be of great help.

I'm now at 40,000 and could still go about another 5K if I needed to. Fronts are shot. Inner wear not at threads, but gotta be close. Getting 245's in front and 265s rear I think. 40K on a set of tires...I've got the feathering, but I'm not complaining considering how far the Potenzas have gone. I'm not letting factory mess with my alignment considering the above.

I haved 16,500 on my rears.
My rear tires look like they have some wear. I'll probably replace them when I replace the front tires again at 20k.

i noticed a lot of wear in the back tires too. i wouldn't say mine were shot at 10K, but they were showing signs of age. prematurely.
i'm sorry, but bridgestone is a sorry excuse for a tire<emphatic period>

I replaced my tires at just shy of 24,000 miles. The rear tires showed much more wear than the fronts. The tread wea indicators on the rears were showing. I replaced all four with Michilin Pilot Sports.. A big improvement over the Bridgestones. There is something wrong if you went thru a set of rear tires in 9000 miles. By the way, I had no indication of feathering on the fronts.
