The first 350Z was made 6/02. Therefor those cars made up until 9/02 as 02' models. This "Windows base" program that I have [same one the Nissan car dealerships use by the way] only cover up too the 03' models.

Um, there is no such thing as a 2002 Z. Does not matter when it was made, it is still a 2003. If you have access to the 2003 service manual, that should cover it for you.
