A&Q about 350Z
Q:

does anybody know what turbo charger for the 350 is the best for professional touring? Or if somebody has the website of a pro 350 team for touring or autocross? I think its the greddy twin, but im not sure, I know alot of the faster cars use a single turbo instead of twin.

Lot's of information on my350z.com about FI. I would suggest you go spend a lot of time on that site reading up, there's a lot of people with the greddy on there, and most if not all would say that the greddy kit was rushed to market and has quite a few fitment issues. Not that they can't be worked around... It looks to me that the APS kit that is coming out very soon will be a much better kit, with much better engine management.
I would think for autocross/ touring (or really anything other than being a dyno queen), the stillen supercharger kit would be a much better option, lot's more power across the entire band unlike the turbo and CF superchargers where there's really not much gain until it's time to shift. There's a new post in the F/I forum on my350z from a guy who's putting ~300ft/lb and 360hp down to wheels with the stillen kit, and the TQ curve is absolutely flat, a thing of beauty.

I've got one more year of warranty, then my car is going under the knife. I hope like you do that the Dream workes kit was not a scam, I think that would be my first choice, or perhaps HKS after some results are posted on that kit. If not, it's stillen and a body shop that can build a better hood than the stillen fiberglass hood.

Yeah they do say it is a Rotrex. I spoke to an HKS tech guy who told me the info about their charger spooling up so quick, much better low end response than the other centrifugal superchargers. Almost like Stillen, he said. Unfortuanlely, I don't have a dyno chart. So I have no objective info or first hand experience to back up HKS claims. I just know that I have had great experiences with HKS products in the past. I mean real guality and reliability and they put out more power than advertised.
The Dream Workes kit sounds almost too good (their claims) to be true. I'm skeptical, but I sure hope I’m wrong and they are right. The hype on their kit is really something. They are talking about a pure stock 350Z running high 12 sec. qtr. miles with their stage I (low boost) kit , with full supercharger, engine, and drive train warranty at Nissan dealers, at well over 400 hp at the engine and a sweet torque band as wide as Kansas. Whew. And like you said about the roots type setups, it comes on at low revs and instant response from anytwhere on the rpm band. They say their intake runners supposedly don't have the bends like Stillen and so has even better throttle response. Now that it the claim. Only time will tell. I like the idea of not having to replace the stock hood (with the Dream Workes kit) with a roots type setup. But only if all the impressive hype turns out to be true. Dream Workes also says they have satisfactorily worked out the issue with A5T 350 Zs hitting the rev limiter before shifting at WOT in the fully auto mode. But, at this point, I need to see results more so than claims.

Here is some more info from HKS on their kit:
The supercharger is a centrifugal type that features a unique traction drive, and a closed oil circulation system. The traction drive utilizes fixed ratio planetary rollers that are more efficient then traditional gear-wheels. Because the planetary rollers do not have teeth like traditional gear-wheels, noise is decreased and reliability increased. The closed oil circulation system cycles a specially-formulated Traction Oil that lubricates and cools the supercharger, dramatically increasing longevity and reliability. The Traction Oil is cooled through an air to fluid oil cooler.
