I've heard of some lowering their Z - but I wonder if there is a difference between models regarding suspension setup. Here's my '03 Track Z with 19s on it, with stock suspension. I do not believe lowering mine would be needed or desired, though I suppose you could:

depending on your budget. But if it's not a problem, just for show, I'd go with the chrome lip Volk LE37.

tire sizes for those rims are usually, 245/35/19 and 275/35/19
