stealth styling over a Corvette powertrain may be an attraction to some. Not to me, but to some. But that was the result of the pressure to bring a peformance car to market in less than 30 months.
The bean counters at GM may say the GTO was a flop and halt development. That'd be too bad. A successor to the 60s and very early 70s GTO would be a welcome addition to the sports car market - just as the 350Z was.

So you got beat by a Corvett? I think it's time for the Greddy Twin Turbo kit. I was at work and i saw this 350 Z from a distance in the parking lot. I walk out to it and it is by far the nicest one i have seen in real life. Silver, carbon fiber hood, dropped an inch from the ground, and a body kit. it also had two huge mufflers resting in the back.
I served the guy his food without knowing he was the owner of such a fine Z, and when he came out and saw me checkin out his car he said it was for sale, but he was kidding. he said his next project was the Greddy Twin Turbo kit. When he drove to get on the freeway that Z was Screamin. 350's sound nice stock but his system was awsome sounding. Just thought i would share my 350Z story with you 350 drivin dudes.

Thats funny **** I think the gto looks stupid its 350 horse power real wheel drive whit a lsd and it's worse than a lancer on a straight away or the turn, not to mention off road , and like many other american cars they make it look exacly as all the other models they make. which wouldnt be a bad things if they all werent stupid looking

does anybody know anything about puttings a skyline awd system in a 350 if it's possible, has anybody done it, would you need a skyline or could you get it custom done, if anybody could give me any information on how to make this happen that would be cool.

Looks like the same car to me minus the front bumper and grille. I'm sure those two things could be swapped quite easily.

the reason why I brought up off road with the lancer is that it's funny how a equal value car with awd can take a rwd car on tarmak when it's made for off road retard. And about the 350skyline thats just an Idea that nobody els has done, thats why I want to see if it's possible, to be original, So I can make a name for myself. I could understand why you think it would be a dumb idea, because your problably to retarded to figure out something that complecated.

First off, the Lancer wasn't just made for off-road fool. Secondly, it's "complicated". Third, if you actually had the knowledge and know-how to pull this modification off you wouldn't be coming onto the forum asking how to do it. You even ask stupid stuff like "Would I need a Skyline to do it?". So if you were so "smart" as you claim to be, you wouldn't be asking people how do to it. You might as well had asked how to swap a RB26 in your Z. So until you actually do some research instead of coming onto forums and asking someone to hold your hand through a process that is way over your head, I must kindly ask you to stfu.

the gto is sick. it will smoke a 350z. and the reason a lancer will beat it to 60, 80 or whatever is because it has awd and it is a smaller lighter car than the gto. im sure the gto will beat it once it gets up into the top end. im not sure of the numbers though. the gto is an american icon and i get an erection just thinking about it

the reason why the gt0 doesnt have Monaro front end is pontiac decided it was more for austrialian weather but not great for US winter salt/snow... in addition i think they wanted to lower the price....

Wow that Monaro Front End looks awesome! I just went to a Pontiac dealer earlier this week and after talking smack with the guys about missing the sound of a V8, they threw me the keys and I revved it up. Man the exterior isn't all that great but that V8 sound had me rememberin my mustang days.
