What do you consider normal altitude. Finding a track that is at sea level is hard. Most tracks that are close to sea level are within 500-1000 feet above. In most cases look to hit low 14's until you get better at racing the car. Most people on thier first time out hit low 14's and as you get better you can look to hit 14.0 or less. Good luck
