Im purchasing a new 350Z roadster and would like to know which performance enhancements I should make first and which enhancements are going to make the biggest improvement. Also which manufacturers are better.

window tint, radar detecter, thats it.

pretty well tuned already....just add ego & bling bling stuff, load noise exhaust..not much HP to be gained...wheels & Tires need improving

The car im purchasing has the 18" wheels and im looking at the different options on replacing the exhaust, Cold Air and Short Ram Air Induction Systems, Unorthodox Racing Ultra Street Set (Ultra SS) pulleys, Aluminum Flywheel and other options that will increase the horsepower on the car. Im leaving the world of Porsche where I never had the need to make any real modifications, but see where a few modifications on the 350Z might make a real difference.

UR street pulleys (available)
JWT lightweight flywheel (available now)
Stoptech 355mm brakes
Random High flow cats
Greddy Titanium cat-back exhaust
Maybe 8.5 to 1 piston swap, forged internals, shaved and balanced crank, ARP fasteners swap, port/polish
I would go with aftermarket wheels as well. The stock 18" will not fit tires wide enough to handle massive power.
Not sure if your going this far, but some of the mods are still in final development.

newsflash... a few mods on the Z will not make a real difference, atleast not for the money you will spend. but if you like to do the mods and enjoy having a custom car go for it. if you want real power your better off going fi

Yeah, if you want true power, you'll need to go FI. Going the NA route will get you maybe 50hp; depending on the mods and if you dial them in right. The Z already has a pretty hot motor from the factory. 10.3 to 1 on street gas.
