If there is no crease then they can be worked out. Eurathane paint is very flexible, it is is not cracked might be able to be fixed with out re shooting it. If you are in the Jersey area I am a rep for a manufacturer and can help with where to take it.

There are paintless dent repair places all over the country. They may not be a high priced body shop but they do good work. If you find a place that has a good reputation it shouldn't be any more than about $30-50 for each door ding. They should be able to look at it and tell you if they can do it or not.
