A&Q about 350Z
Q:
do you go track racing or drifting anytime throughout the week? If so, check and make sure your brake fluid is filled just right. I used to take my Z to the track every weekend and after a hard workout, the car would brake differently on the way back home. The car would come to a real fast and sudden stop, then it had a little jerk forward and stop completely. I found out it was low on brake fluid, filled it back up and seemed to cure that problem.

My 03 Touring does this as well. I've had it to the dealer for the problem and they can't recreate this situation. Most of the time it happens when I'm backing out of a space with the wheels turned one way or the other. It did happen once when I had to come to a stop very quickly. I'm trying to see if there is a pattern so I can take it to the dealer and create the noise with the service manager sitting in the passenger seat. If and when they put new struts on the car let me know if that fixes the problem.
Thanks,

Ok, the dealer just fixed it!
It was the two front upper link bolts as mentioned in NTB03-88
Ironically this note says it only applies to 2003 and 2004 models built on or before 7/23/03.
Obviously that is crap as my car is two months old and built THIS year!!!
Ah well, hopefully Nissan will update this NTB!!!
Thanks for everyones replies!!
