Have an '03 with 36m mi. I realized today that my driver side window didn't go up when i closed the door. That's because it didn't go down when i opened the door. Any others experiencing driver side window not working?

open the door panel you will find a swith press it and hold it for 5 sec.This will reset the motor for the window Good Luck.

Mine did the same thing, worked one minute then the other didnt. I thought it was a switch problem also because if i SLAMMED THE DOOR A FEW TIMES IT WOULD start working. After dealer looked at it, the said motor was going out which is very common on the Z, new motor=no more problems. BEN

New motor you say, my car is over 3 years old (less then 36K) so I guess I will have to shell out to have this fixed. Anyone know how much?

Give your dealer a call and ask nicely. The might fix the issue for free if you sweet talk them. There's a TSB for bad window motors so they might let you get away with it since it's a known issue. You never know.
