Colorado's lemon law states if a consumer has to repair the same defect four or more times within a year of purchase, that will qualify as a lemon.
I've already checked the state statutes on the law. I don't wish to go this route and hopefully Nissan will fix the problem. Although if it comes down to this, I will pursue the lemon clause.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they sent me paperwork regarding Lemon Law, which I'll be filing, after 2 more visits to Nissan service.

My suggestion...everyone file Lemon Law. This might be the only thing that wakes Nissan up!
