Today, I got my new tires installed and the alignment readjusted all under warranty.
The car rides smoothly and the road noise is almost nonexistent.
We'll see what happens the next few months/miles.

Thanks guys! Just thought I'd help out by sharing my experience at my local Nissan dealer. They didn't give me any BS whatsoever. They looked at the tires and said that they definitely need to be replaced. So they ordered the tires and installed them then readjusted the alignment.
They were very courteous and treated me very well.
Now I can go racing again! YIPEEE!!!!
