Oil Change question

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Syn oil is superior, it's just a matter of you deciding when your motor is totally broken in [seals set etc.] to switch to it. I'd do a similar strategy to DaddyPhatSaks and change it early but stay non-syn til around 4k miles. You can't change your oil too often.

I believe the Nissan warranty stipulates oil change intervals every 3750miles. As for synthetic motor oils, if you change your oil at regular intervals, I think it's a waste of money in this application, unless you've modified the car to run in the 8000+ rpm range, or you regularly let the car sit for more than a couple weeks between start-ups.

actually, the Z has two different oil change intervals depending on your conditions. 3750 or 7500. for hotter, dustier climates, it recommends 3750.

Some links to read and then you decide what to use. This questions has been beat to death on almost every car truck etc....... forum.
I know what I have seen and used. Amsoil but can't get local so I use Mobil 1. Used in all my race cars and most street cars I cared about. So Mobil 1 in Z at 3750. My Tracker gets dino oil not worth syn oil.
