File a Complaint w/ Better Business Bureau

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

I don't know if anyone has done this yet, or what good may come of it (probably none) but I just filed an official complaint against Nissan with the Better Business Bureau, on the problem of tire feathering.
If anyone is interesting in doing the same, and I highly encourage you all to do so, you can go online and complete the form, it only takes a few mintues of your time, at http://www.bbb.org/
I'll keep anyone updated, who may be interested, if you email me at brian_0523@verizon.net
I'm also looking into starting an online petition to Nissan to issue a recall and a permanent fix of the problem. Anyone who may be interested in helping me, please feel free to email me. I could use some auto tech assistance in the wording etc.
I know many of you are content with tire replacement, and that's fine. I love my car, but I also want Nissan to know they can't screw us over like this.

There are people that are already dealing with BBB as well as their state lemon law.
Go to my350z.com and search under their Forum/Repair/Tire Feathering threads.
Good luck

since Nissan is willing and working to correct the problem by replacing tires and trying to re adjust the front toe alignment all under warranty, filing complaint with BBB or state lemon law will not do you any good. It's a waste of time.

I have to disagree...just because Nissan is "trying" to fix the problem doesn't protect them from lemon law filings. Trying isn't enough, a fix is REQUIRED.
