Window would go back down from the top on auto-up, according to NNA that requires an "adjustment" which is only covered for the 1st 12/12,000.
Pitched a fit but dealer called NNA; still thought dealer should have tossed it in as I was there for the fuel filler recall anyway. Typical Nissan dealer
service! If it happens again, I am going to run the window up and down about 1000 times until the motor burns up - that is still covered.

I had the same thing w/ drivers side, they said that it needed to be "reprogramed" it fixed it for a little while but it doesnt work anymore. havent had the time to take it back
