A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Does anyone have problems with the the gas door not releasing? Everytime I pull up to the pump I hit the button like 10 times, then when I get out the door still isn't open.

Yup I have the same problem, sometimes it works with one press, sometimes I have the press the button 3 or more times.
Mine is a 2004.5, you would think Nissan got it fixed by now.

yes, there is problem, but if you press once slow, it opens

yes i never had a problem but i hold my button in about 2 or 3 seconds

If you close the cover with the plastic tether(strap) on the outside of the closure tab, you'll have problems. Make sure you tuck the tether behind the tab before closing the cover.

man these 350z problems are so small compared to the older Z's, it kinda makes me lol when i read them.

I was at the gas station the other day and of course there was a good looking girl asking me about my car. We started talking and........
Well my Z decided to make things hard on me and I had to push the button and the see if it opened like 3 times.
It's hard to mack and try to figure out why the hell your fule door would not open all at the same time.
I love my car but it has a it's own personality that's for sure.
