A&Q about 350Z

i have a silverstone track. it gets so many looks, my friend has a blue touring, and he said nobody really looks at his. it looks fairly plain compared to the track. i think the wheels really bring out the car. the spoiler the track comes with is perfect. i have little kids giving me thumbs up when i roll by, these r kids that look no more than 5. now if u get kids that old givin u props on ure car, ure car must look awesome. all ages check that car out, children , teenagers and even old people. the most common question i get from people is , what is that? lol. its a very nice feelin everytime i bring that car out, i love driving it.

yup, i get the same all the time. although having a lemans sunset roadster, heads turn all the time. the chrome 18's help out when people are wondering whats flashing in the corner of their eyes. It's one of the many reasons why we all purchased a Z. Oh yah, I also like the way the female species becomes attached to the car in parking lots whenever I come out. :)

nahh i got a CS touring and get looks all the time, i dont think its the track wheels. and five year olds arent really the attention im looking for, lol. 18-25 year olds of the female persuasion is all i care about.

what's interesting is that i get kids around 9-10yr olds gawking at the car.

The only thing I don't like about the attention my redline performance gets is the attention when leaving it unattended as I go into where ever it is I am heading. I always wonder if it will still be there when I get out. The looks while driving definately balance out the fear though.

i know the feeling of every one of all ages checking it out! every time i come out of a store there is always a crowd around it! this attention helps out for someone taking it ! it works better then a alarm! the bad part is if im in a rush, i have to feild 100 questions! it only gets worse once i go to get in and the doors go up! now i get 100 more questions!

I'm sorry, but I don't "get-off" on kids giving my car a thumbs-up or....I don't think I am GOD when people look at my car and not a Corvette. People know what kind of car I have, and as a matter of fact, I get more attention in my sister's IS300 then I do in the 350Z? Its not always about looks, as the saying goes "never judge a book by its cover." (so true)

I've come to dislike most of the attention the car brings. Main reason I got my windows tinted. I got tired of burning rice.

I think the Lemans sunset in the sunset and the cs with tints at night are the best looking Z's...(ok I have a cs w/tints so I'm biased) DB is cool I don't like it anymore because my copycat azz roommate went out and bought one. Black with the orange leather is hot too!! ok I like all of them but white!! I hate white

Unreal. You probably think people enjoy it when you crank up the radio with your windows down so they can "enjoy" the loud, crappy music you are listening to. Or you think you are cool when you squeal tires when you leave a traffic light or fly through a residential neighborhood 20 mph above posted. Trust me, most of it is in your head. I used to have the same "feelings" when I cruised around in my new Trans Am's in the 70's. I soon realized, most looks were nothing more than cursory, sometimes appreciative, glances, not looks of envy or the chicks longing to be in the passenger seat of such a hot car.
I love the looks of the Z, but if you're an idiot, it doesn't matter what your driving, you're still an idiot. And pride of ownership always takes precedence over fact. You want to think that everything YOU picked out is the envy of everyone else. Goes back to the "mine" mentality of your kindergarten days.
Sounds like a nice car you have, but no better, no worse than anyone elses.

Sorry to say it but the 350XIn the DFW area doesnt get the looks like it used to, we still ove it although. Thats all that matters, I see one every few miles now.

Easy w/ the Honda remarks, my civic runs the 1320 in 13.2 and it looks great. Its not riced out, other than the rims and intercooler you would never know its a racer
