Same here, drivers side window wouldn't roll up or down. Fixed in a day with new motor. It's under warranty so just take it in. No problems since with window or panel re-installation.

Had mine replaced because it was getting scratched up. First time I got it back it wasnt seated properly and was off about a 1/4 inch. Took it back and they got it right.
