i keep mine on the majority of the time, when im just cruising around, but i like to take it off when Im really driving, like sporty driving. its just more fun, especially on turns and such. from a stop i guess its better to leave it off but then you may get more wheel spin, id ont know just personal preference i guess. If your used to driving with it on though i would suggest wen you turn it off to be much more careful on turns than you would normally be
