Window needs to be "reprogrammed"; cost me $45 to have it done even though I was at less than 36/36000. It is an "adjustment" only covered for 12/12000. Wasn't happy but dealer called NNA and they refused to cover it.
Window problems are VERY common on '03s.

same problem here on 03 Z driver's side. happens once in awhile. is there anyway to fix it rather than taking it to the dealer? i had issues with my dealer. i don't trust them with my car.

Take the door panel off and roll the window all the way up and hit the reset switch. The window is really a stepper motor and uses electrical pulses as a reference to where it is. So, sometimes it screws up and needs to be reset. I think they should have installed a plug on the door panel so you would not have to take the panel off to perform the task.
