Scenario:
I'm going about 65-70 mph in 4th gear (6spd) when I decide to accelerate.
The car loses power until I let off the gas and reapply.
This has happened twice. What's up?

Could it be your traction control? Does your car have VDC ?
A:
No VDC. No pop. Pretty sure i was in4Th but why would it make a difference if i was cruising inany gear?
A:
I would check for a vacume leak.
