Upon receiving my car, there were a couple small scratches on the passenger window from where they took the sticker off with a razor blade. Talked to the service manager and he said they will replace it or buff it out, what ever I wanted to do. Scratches weren’t that bad, so there is no way I was going to let them replace it.
I got home yesterday and washed the car. As I started to clean the passenger window, I noticed 2 deep scratches about an inch long. They were vertical and very deep on the inside of the glass. I was like DAMN! No way I could have done that so I guess there is something internal that is causing it. So now I guess I have to let them replace it and see what’s going on. Anyone else had this problem?
