Whining tranny after hard driving, why?

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

My tranny gets a little "whiny" if:
A) Car is driven hard
B) I take a long road trip
Other than that (short trips etc) it doesnt get loud.
But after everytime I drive my car hard....the tranny starts whining during normal downshifting, deacceleration etc..
This also happens after hour or so road trips. I had heard it was because the fluid thins out thus producing more noise. Is this true? Or the tranny gets hot?
This is my 2nd tranny. My 1st tranny did the same thing. When they put the 2nd tranny in I thought it would go away. Didnt.
I had heard this was normal for a lot of cars though (normal for tranny to be louder after tranny gets hot)
Anyone?
A:

if u have a 350 is it under warranty if so id take it back tell them it there problem and i personally in a new car especially have never had a problem with the trany getting louder when i drive hard and also if all else fails intall an air cooler for your trans and make sure u are using factory spec tranny fluid
A:

I'm using factory spec tranny fluid. I've tried two different dealers that coulnt reproduce sound. It's really no big deal, everything else is great. Just a little annoying.
Wondering why it's happening though.
A:

Mine makes that same noise with the clutch out in neutral. The dealership has a Transmission on order for me. I'll let you know how it goes.
