A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Guys,
I am looking for some rims and wheels. I like to have 18 inch max without lowering it. Whats the best combination of wheels and rims?
Front 245/40/18
Rear 270/40/18
Rims?
Not sure what the offset is but I have read here before, but can somebody refresh my memory. Whats the best offset I should get for this combination. Do you feel it burn more fuel or slows your car down with these sizes?
Thanks,
Tony
A:
I have 275/40-18x8.5 in the front and 295/35-18x9.5 in the rear. I believe I have 30mm offsets on them. Hope this helps.
A:
All front wheels are 30 mm offset.
What's weird is on the rear;
17x8 wheel is 33 mm offset
18x8 wheel is 30 mm
18x8.5 wheel is 33 mm
I don't really have any clue what that's all about. 3 mm isn't that big a diff of course. I just don't know why. Sound like 30 mm all the way around will work perfectly.
