it won't be warrantied thats for sure but whats the worst thing thats going to happen with an exhaust.it would be different if you did cams or threw on a supercharger or turbo'd it.ask your dealer if that exhaust will affect the warranty it shouldn't.by the way the borla exhaust is real nice and in combination with the jwt pop charger makes for a nice hp package for around 1200.00 installed.probably around 13 hp gain when it's done.
