Every one is a comedian... of course the car battery. I was going to specify for all those that are a bit slow. Thanks to endgames! :)
A:
Oh, now I get it. You mean when the window rolls down a bit when you open the door to keep he seal in place..... LOL! You were asking if it would still roll down a bit with a dead battery....got it....
A:

A:
nope... Are you jealous? LOL!
He wasn't exactly crystal clear on his question now was he?
A:
Hey frog!
Why don't you check your tires?
A:
I did, they're fine...they are a bit loud though.
A:
If the battery is dead you can open the door if you do it slow. But, do not close the door until you have a battery that is charged and attached. Then, with the door open roll both windows down and then roll them up and you will have them reprogrammed. This way the window will not kiss the trim when you close them.
A:
I just open mine without any problem. my car has been stored since september 1st and few hours ago went to see how the battery is doing for the first time and there is no power what so ever. I opend the door very slowly and had no problem. just be gentle with it.

That explains how to remove the battery. Not how to open the door on a car that has a dead battery. BIG difference.
By the way, unless they have updated the manual, the procedure is wrong. If you follow the procedure you will have exactly the same problem as having the battery go dead with the doors closed and the windows up.
