Any Auto Paint store will match exactly. May be also available through Nissan Parts Dept, but perhaps not.

Nobody, even the dealer, "stocks" any particular color paint unless you're talking about the little bottles of touchup paint.
ALL paint used to paint a car after it is manufactured is mixed, by hand (like at Home Depot!), using a formula provided by the particular paint system manufacturer that the shop/dealer utilizes. For instance, DuPont ChromaBase has a formula for mixing "Daytona Blue" using thier "toner colors" (basic colors used to mix paint), and PPG Global or DBU/DBC will have a formula for their system, as will BASF and so on.
So, to answer your question, pick a paint brand you think you'd want (most manufacturer's have different "grades" of paint within their line) and a compatible clearcoat system and the proper catalysts/reducers for each. You'll need to purchase the "paint" (typically called basecoat or "color"), the clear and the appropriate catalysts (hardeners) and reducers (thinners). Find a paint supply shop that carries the particular brand you choose and go see them with the Daytona Blue paint code (found on the placard on the firewall under the hood) and tell them the quantity you need, or the amount of coverage you need and they can tell you the quantity. They'll then mix the color for you and gather all the other stuff you need.
I assume you're wanting to do some repair work on a Z or paint another car the Daytona Blue color...? Are you attempting to do this yourself?

Also, there are sometimes different "Variant" formulas for paint, for instance on PPG Global, there are at least two variants for Daytona Blue, "prime" (standard) or "yellower". You have to determine which variant formula best matches your particular car since even two brand new cars may not match one another due to inconsistencies in paint supplies to the factory.
