For all of us that have changed our original wheels, can someone interpret this for me? Why do they mean by "is not applicable unless the wheels, tires and/or suspension are first returned to original factory specifications".
Another thing, I have the the 18" G35 coupe wheels, will those count as NISSAN wheels? I guess not, but since it is basically the same company I wonder.
*** For vehicles with replacement tires that are not the original size, or with wheels other than those listed in number 1 or 2 above or, or with suspension modifications other than NISMO-S Tune, this warranty extension is not applicable unless the wheels, tires and/or suspension are first returned to original factory specifications and the vehicle is then presented to a Nissan dealer for repair prior to expiration of this extended warranty.

I think it means they bought the original sized tires in huge bulk numbers and don't want to pay out more money for an unpredictable number of varying size tires. So if your G35 wheels fit the original tire sizes, I'll bet they won't argue very much.

I believe you have Infinity wheels...close enough.
Tires, fight with them you will get them replaced at least once.
Get a case number through NNA at 1-800-NISSAN1 if you have problems.
Nissan is trying to make a few us happy. GO FOR IT!
