A&Q about 350Z
Q:
I have a scratch on the aluminium passenger side door handle. I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how to repair rather than replace?
A:
i feel for ya :(
i don't really think anything can be done. aluminum is one of those metals that doesn't take to well to "processes." at the molecular level, aluminum particles strengthen their bond when outside energy is applied. for example, you would not use a hole punch on aluminum to score a point where you are going to drill. the reason is aluminum will become harder at the point where it was impacted, making it a lot more difficult to drill, taking longer, and getting hotter.
depending on how deep or hard your scratch was made, it may have hardened around the site making it difficult to work.

Are you talking about the inside door handle or the outside. The inside handle is a casting and painted and the outside one is plastic that is plated. Replace the outside handle or take both outside door handles off and get them painted to match the color of the car. On the inside you can just repaint them wiht aluminum paint.

Every handle on the door has a different finish, so depending on which one, you'll have to follow vonsudderth's advice.
