A&Q about 350Z
Q:
It is freakin' hot today in Miami and Humidity is sky high - yet my 2003 Touring has no A/c - My date was very pissed! Anyway, took it in for review and was told that a pressure hose is leaking and has to be ordered...this means that will have to wait at least 7 days before I can breathe again....anyone else share my dilemma?
A:
Yea, I share with you in the 'freakin' heat and humidity of MIA! No doubt it's tuff to live with even with a/c!
A:
Dry out here in Az.

i find that the 350Z has superior a/c to some other cars i've had recently. both my previous audi s4 and jetta had crappy a/c - could barely keep up. i find in the Z i'm actually turning the temp knob up to like 75 or 76 on really hot days because it's actually too cold in the car. too cold! gotta love it.
my '87 911 targa used to have the WORST a/c of any car i ever had. fortunately i lived in the north where it wasn't as necessary. but even on a cool day, that thing could barely drop the temp 3 or 4 degrees in the car. of course, the car was completely oil cooled (16 quarts to fill) and the car liked to operate at slightly higher temps, so a/c was definitely a luxury. i hear porsche finally got the a/c thing right in the 90's with the water cooled versions of the car.
