Financial company called me

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Guys,
I had a message left on my answering machine and it was the financial company that call me (Bank of America), the Auto Dept. Anyways my finance was through Nissan which they use Bank of America.
I had the car for 2 1/2 weeks now. Marketing sales? Insurance documentation?
In fact, my salesman also called me today and ask my wife how the car is doing? Personally, I have not returned the "survey".
Thanks,
Tony

Did you get a real low rate when you signed your papers? You may not have qualified and you have to go in and resign at a different rate. It will probably up your payments.
04 Daytona Blue, Mobil 1 Synthetic, JWT POP Charger, look for the plate "Cra Z"
"I've got the Bluz!"
1992 300zx Twin Turbo stage 5 (R.I.P)

Crazee,
I got 3.49%. FICA score was 770 and I put $9500 down for a base.
If that is the case I will sue their ass.
Thanks,
Tony

There's no way any finance company could come back afterward and say, "Oops, we made a mistake. Please come in and re-sign at a different rate."
If they left a message, he can choose to return it or not. They probably want to market some tack on, after the fact money making package.

72n03Zs,
I think you are right. Perhaps proof of insurance?
First I will yell at them. At the time of the purchase, I was thinking I would get the finance from the Credit Union I work for, but they beat the rate. Also the fact I don't want the employees to know my finance situation.
Plus, I check Bank of America website, and they already have the loan information and what my payment would be.
So I guess its just a market stuff.
Thanks,
Tony
