This might not be the right forum - you might try 84 - 89 tech

You can get headliner do-it-yourself stuff at Pep Boys. However, a good upholstery shop, if you don't mind spending a bit more money, can probably produce a better product. I had a trim shop do my '83 280ZX seats, rear carpet and headliner.

i have seen lots of good head liners at junkyards, so thats also an option

I bought a headliner from a guy on ebay for $25.00 plus $15.00 shipping.
Also bought both sunvisors for $20.00.
I plan on taking them to a local upholdstery shop and have them cover all three in a Black "Pleather" material, and dye the vanity mirror case, dome light assy, and lose the ugly airbag stickers.
I plan on boxing up my good set so I can go back to stock if needed.
I hate the airbag stickers so much and I think that all black interior would look best.
I agree with the suggestion to look in junkyards and get a spare, then experiment.
Good Luck.
