Any recommendations to delay the feathering

I'm using Sumitomo HTR+ tires in the alternate jjgdyr size suggestions for the 17" wheels... so far very pleased with ride/handling/grip... and if they feather, at least they're cheap! Only $98 from the Tire Rack. They're W-rated and are not directional so they can easily be swapped left to right. Very comparable to the Michelin Pilot A/S, just cheaper and not directional.

If you cant wait for the fix, just be sure to get it when when it gets here. Its imminent! I understand it includes a newly designed tire just for this "fix".

Well, it's all over the net. I believe it basically started after the Autoweek article wherein Nissan acknowledged the problem. That article is the only official word, or "press release" I can offer; i.e., where Nissan has admitted there is a problem. Check out my350z.com and 350zfrenzy.com or search this forum (try "new tire time" for starters). It's hard to keep up!
