Is that the answer to not waxing any more?

NO!!! The dealer got me to do this when I first bought my car. It's a total waste of money! Teflon is only effective at very high temperatures. I have now clayed my car and waxed it with off the shelf wax. Waay better results.

I used QMI (contains teflon) on my 300ZX - only used it every 6 months and dried car with a chamois - always looked real nice. Just got my 350 Z 6 weeks ago - used QMI a couple weeks ago - got rained on a few days ago - just wash with plain water now!
