I've had my 350 for about two months now. What a car!!! I just found out a neat trick that my Nissan dealer must have overlooked or just forgot to mention. If you hold down your un-lock buttton on your key fob pad for three seconds or more your windows will automatically go down.

i think that one may be in the manual. but i found it by accident myself one day while fiddling with the fob.

If you do some searching on my350z.com, there is a guy that is making a little box you wire in behind your door panel that allows you to use the remote to roll the windows UP! Very cool. I don't have it yet, so can't speak for it.

yea one of my favorite features on the car. it is in the manual though. you mean you guys didnt read yours front and back the first week you got the car. i know i did. if you put the key in the door and turn it to the unlock position and hold they will also go down. they will go up doing the same thing but turning the key to the lock position and holding it. did you also know you can turn off that beeping noise when you press lock. i wont tell you how to do it though. RTFM ;)

Windows only roll down with the remote... but you can hold the key in the door keyslot either left or right to roll up and down... its all in the manual...
DrivinZ: I'm with ya... I read the PDF version of the manual that was linked to online here and at my350z.com before I even ordered my 350Z. Then I reread the entire paper manual when I recieved it I was so excited.
I am thinking about getting that box from the guy on my350z.com to do the window rollup feature from the key fob.

they wont go back up with the key fob. the only way you can put them back up from outside the car is to put the key in the door and turn the key to the lock position and hold it. Did you also know that if you hit the one touch up for the window in the car and then put your hand in the window it will roll back down. wow right? thats neato. you guys should try it...lol

With the mod box applied I believe you just hit the lock button twice and hold on the second press. do a quick search over at my350z.com and you'll find the thread. Its pretty cool. Don't know how much they are gonna sell that little black box for yet... but very cool. shoulda been part of the Z anyways...

I'm sure the reason NO car manufacturers will program the remote to roll the window up, is due to the obvious hazard of rolling up your windows without being there to see what might be getting stuck in the rising window.

Um, repost from about 5 different forums. Although I will admit i discovered it on one of the forums, missed it in the owners manual.
