A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Well, From what my mechanic tells me, the treadwear does not really matter that much, it's all about the way you drive. I would not even mess with a michellin or good year or firestone. Your best bet is to go to tires.com or tirerack, they got a huge selection of tires for way cheaper. For instance, all the big named brands want to attract the whole market so they put different name on the tire that is the same as the other one for like $150 more. On top of that, a high performance tire (HP) cannot have a speed rating of less than like i think its 150mph, they won't even sell you a tire like that. Good luck on your adventure.

We've got them and have put almost 4k on since December. So far they are not showing signs of the feathering and they ride great.

Check Tire Rack customer reviews of various tires. Good source for tire information. I own a bunch of cars and always check Tire Rack for reviews before I finalize my tire selection. It's worked out great, always steered me in the right direction. (No pun intended)
