I have used them before. In my experince they provided satisfactory work. They charged 75 bucks a panel. I had one small dent and they knocked it within 10 mins and much better then repainting and worrying about matching paint color or peel. I would use them again.

I had a Jetta GLX before I got the Z. They did a great job at getting a ding out for me. The car was black too. Couldn't tell it was ever dinged.

Any PDR guy can do the job. Concept works, all comes down to the skill level of the individual tech--Dent Wizard or not. Also depends on location. A good tech will be able to tell you what to expect before he does it.
