I just bought a Z...

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

I've been considering a pre-owned M3 and Subaru STi for a while, but I walked into a Nissan dealership today and got the Z quite spontaneously. What drove me to make a decision is that I got a pretty good deal on the car. I paid $30700 (before tax and reg.) for a new 03 track with 150miles. I was concerned that there might be demo miles but I liked the price. Although not as fast as an M3 or STi, I figured it's a lot cheaper than a used M3, and better equipped than a STi.
Did I really get a good deal for a 03 track with 150 miles?
Anyway, the new car drove great, and the engine was very smooth and there was not much body roll. The dealer also offered to sell me Nismo parts at cost. Am I better off buying the parts elsewhere?
Thanks,
Baron

See what the dealer says is 'cost' for the Nismo parts. They are probably one of if not the highest quality of the aftermarket parts available not to mention they are warrented. If you want intake and exhaust for sure in the near future, I'd get their 'cost' prices, compare it to the normal price, and decide for yourself if the savings justify buying them.
