Raceway Nissan tried to Scam Me

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Guys,
I was at Raceway Nissan in Riverside, CA last night. Dealer tried to scam me big time. My intention was to buy a Base for $28k out the door and thought the dealer agreed to the price. So I gave him my personal info for credit check. I was hesitant to give it out, but like I said, I thought the dealer agreed on the price. Even my brother who has purchased a dozen new cars himself told me its okay since we agree on the price. In the past, I would never give out my info, cause the guy that does the financing is usually from a different dept.
Dealer asked how much I would put down. I told him 10K, and I know my credit is in the 700 FICA. Dealer came back and said my monthly would be $550. What a pi$$ of ****. He tried to scam me big time. Sad thing is that I work at the Credit union and know the interest rates and I am an Accountant myself. Anyways, I felt mad cause they ran a credit inquiry and wasted my time.

You should look at slightly used cars. I almost got screwed at the dealership, out the door for a base was like $32000, i found a 2003 with 3000 miles loaded touring package with 18" rims, leather, etc, for $30,000 out the door, I whent back to the dealer that same night and gave him the finger. They are all theaves.....Good luck brother
