Q:
Doing a lot of right turns and have eaten the inside of the tire off and you get vibration. I had the same thing since there are many right turns on the way to work. Check the inside of the tires for washboard wear.
A:
Had a 92 300z na. Somewhat similar situation. Found the cv joint frozen up; had to replace the driveshaft. Expensive to do!!! It also caused vibrations at 65-75 ... lower speeds also, but not as noticeable.
