Q:
I have a 2 part question about the injen cai.
1. I noticed after my son installed his cai on his honda civic, that when he revs up the engine there is a slight throaty sound, and also a whistle sound. Does this sound about what you guys get that put on a injen cai?
2. Finally I noticed upon installation of the filter, the filter has threads inside , but the pipe is not threaded on the end. We tightened it to the pipe with the clamp that came with the kit, but why is the filter threaded and the pipe is not? Will it stay on the pipe ok. I wonder how you guys have faired so far?

Normal and normal as to why the filter has threads on it who knows.
