He makes a big deal of running "only" 12 psi boost against a Z running 0 boost. By midsummer, I will be glad to race this guy. A 1st generation RX-7 even running higher boost is still only low to mid 13 sec. for the qtr. And that is optimistic.

YEAH i would like to race this guy too...the guy raced a stock z like you said 0 boost what acomplishment whata idiot my god. You should see in their forum what they posted about this...their all happy about this 350z kill i wonder when will they wake up from the dream.

also, i doubt that a 2500lb car with a 13b turbo motor will ONLY run a low 13......
But i guess no one likes hearing there is a faster car than their own...

i'm fine with other cars being quicker than a 350Z. i would be disapointed if a 350z got beat by a car that wasn't quicker.

I did not take offense that he won a race with a Z. I just did not like the snotty way he talked and conducted himself about it. I used to have a mitsu eclipse gsx HKS stage VI ++ turbo 4 banger that would and did blow many big block V-8 muscle cars off the road in a drag race. That did not mean that I had to conduct myself like an a$$ everytime I won a race like the RX-7 guy did in the video. And I did not. In fact I won first place in the 1992 Buick and Turbo Racers Club of America Spring Nationals Turbo Drag Race with that car. All the cars there were either V-6 Buick Grand National turbos or turbo Pontiac Regals. There were about 32 cars there in all. I won first place and I was the only 4 banger there. It never hurts to show a little class is all I'm saying.
