Congrats on the purchase man!!!!! You will LOVE it. I have a black on black and it is awesome. Did you get a manual or an automatic?
Look for the usual major problems. Feathering, clickin in the rear end, clutch chatter, engine whine...blah blah. Also, be very very meticulous in your cosmetic surveillance. If you see something defective or dinged, you might be able to talk them down or get some cash back if you have already paid. Maybe they could throw in a year's worth of free service (which I think they should do with all cars!)

Thanks. I bought an automatic and I do plan on purchacing the extended warranty. Has anyone had any problems with this warranty? It is thru a nissan dealer that advertises on this site. The Z has 22,000 on it, so I have about 7 months on the original warranty. Also does the automatic seem to have any problems?

i personally don't believe in extended warranties. it's like giving away money.
