The idea is you drive a cheaper but high quality vehicle when you are selling, and something more expensive and focused when you are buying. Skyline better fits the later.
I would start shaking my head if some young guy pulled up in a skyline to take me to see some property.

Yikes! Two bad moves. I'm in the Real Estate business and own a 350Z (my third). You can buy a nice used four door for what you will loose on the Z and use that for showing homes.
I hope someone told you that you won't be making a whole lot of money during your first couple of years selling Real Estate. The people that make the bucks are the Broker and the Real Estate schools.
