Running a wire through firewall help!

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

I cant figure out how to get a zero gauge wire through my firewall without drilling holes!!!
Any suggestions????
A:

well this can be challenging, but you are looking for a gromet or other existing hole to use for your wire (that didn't sound quite right..... well anyway)
it means searching around the firewall side or under the dash for such an existing orifice, but its not necessarily easy.

my pics aren't as good as those but, it's the same, i have my blue zero gauge run through there, and it's pretty well done, there is no wires sticking abnormally from anything... also, my connection to my battery terminal is completely different, it instead is connected to look completely stock...
you can see my 0 gauge wire coming through the gromet from under the dash, unfortunately you have to get in your passenger seat upside down so get a good view, good luck reaching up there...
this is my terminal connection, for some reason the stock connection cover includes a gap that is just large enough to fit my zero gauge wire in the spot... i have no idea why the guy inthe website would cut his to fit when it clearly has an available opening
