there is no "best" CAI system. they are all the same, except for minor differences which equate to nothing in reality.

JWT popcharger is the cheapest, easiest to install, and is just as good as any of the others. Doesnt look quite as nice since there's no piping but if looks isnt a priority for you i dont see any reason to spend twice as much for the others.

you're right. a POP Charger is the best for the buck, but technically its not really a CAI..
A real CAI isn't going to yield any better performance though so you may as well just get a good cone filter to replace the stupid air box.

true it isn't an atcual CAI, but it usually gets lumped in to that group with these discussions since they perform basically the same functions
