It depends on what other mods you will be doing in the future. You don't want to get the ecu flashed until after you have all/most of your engine mods installed. Wait to get the flash if you are going to be adding exhaust, headers, hi-flow cats, etc. in the near future. So basically if you are going to be adding other stuff wait. If you aren't adding anything else than decide if you want to get the flash (probably $500-$600). With only a pop-charger and plenum you won't notice a big difference in performance, but after the flash your car will feel like it runs better, you may get better gas mileage, your redline will be increased and your max speed will not be limited.
